At EFS, we provide you with a clean and comfortable suite as quickly and efficiently as possible. In many cases, our renters need a place to stay within a short time frame, so that’s why we’ve broken our process down into three easy, digestible steps.
Step 1: Find Your Suite
We’re proud to have the largest selection of homes in Edmonton, but sifting through it all can feel overwhelming. Our website is simple and structured to make searching for properties a breeze. You can search by neighborhood, the number of bedrooms and baths, price range, and so on. Once you’ve found the one you love, you can choose to request further information on the unit, or go right ahead and apply for it. Step 2: Fill Out a Rental Application
Okay, so you’ve found your suite, now what? The next order of business is applying for the home by filling out our rental application. We’ll work as fast as possible on your application, but it can take up to 24-48 hours to complete. It’s important you provide us with all necessary information in the rental application so as to not delay the process any further. Upon approval, a security deposit will be collected to hold the suite for you. Now, you’re ready to move in.
Step 3: Schedule Your Move In
Congratulations, you’re now ready to move in. Scheduling a move in date is as easy as letting us know when is good for you. You may contact us via phone to lock in the date. One of our agents will meet you at the new residence, show you around, and get settled in. There, we will finalize details with you and receive first month’s rent. Then it’s time for our favorite part: handing over the keys! Any questions and concerns you may have at any time during your stay can be directed to us from our website or on the phone.
